Just have your employees's submit their referrals with the standard arby resume page and have them complete the bottom of the form with their own information. The resumes are loaded into the arby database and ERP statistics are generated automatically.

Reports of submissions by date, submissions by employee and top submitters are generated twice a day. The complete ERP database is always available for downloading and importing into Excel, Access, Filmaker, Oracle or any other spreadsheet, database or reporting system.
