In each response form, you have the option of selecting a question that acts as a HOT/NOT variable to let you know if the candidate has a particular level of qualification. If the candidate has the correct answer then you'll see a green bar to the left of their name.
What's special about this response form is that one of the questions is an automatic filtering question. The job seeker always sees the same thank you response no matter what they submit. On the recipient's (recruiter or hiring manager) side, they are notified in the subject line whether the candidate has passed the automatic cut-off.
