Partner Program Terms

These Terms govern your participation in the Workbase Partner Program (“Program”). By joining, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Terms of Service. “Workbase” refers to Workbase Platforms Sp. z o.o. “You” refers to the participant.

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Have a paid Workbase subscription, or be invited to a paid Workbase workspace

• Operate as an independent business in your own name and on your own account

Participation is subject to Workbase approval. You act independently and are not an employee, agent, or partner of Workbase.

2. Referral Links & Tracking

Upon approval, you receive a unique referral link (e.g., https://www.workbase.com/?ref=YourName).

• A 60-day cookie is set when someone clicks your link

• If they purchase a paid plan during that time, you earn a 20% recurring commission

• Only the last clicked referral link earns the commission

No Self-Purchases

You may not sign up or make purchases through your own referral link.

3. Commission & Payout

• You earn 20% of each referred customer’s subscription for as long as they remain on a paid plan

• Commissions are paid monthly, with a minimum payout of €30

• Payments are made through your Workbase account dashboard

Exclusions

You won’t earn commission for:

• Free trials

• Refunded or failed payments

• Referrals we can’t track (e.g., cookies cleared)

Workbase may withhold, adjust, or reverse payments in case of error, fraud, or rule violations.

4. Promotion Guidelines

You may promote Workbase through:

• Blog articles

• Email (with proper consent)

• YouTube or Facebook ads

• Social media

• Workbase-provided images, videos, or texts (unaltered)

You can access your partner dashboard via your Workbase account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Violations may result in termination, commission forfeiture, and repayment of past earnings.

Misrepresentation

• No fake testimonials, exaggerated claims, or false scarcity (e.g., “only 5 licenses left” if untrue)

• Do not impersonate Workbase or claim you're an employee

Brand Misuse

• Do not use “Workbase” in domains, URLs, usernames, or ads

• Do not create fan pages or accounts that appear to represent Workbase

Spam

• Spam is strictly prohibited in email, messaging apps, forums, or any other format

Traffic & Content Restrictions

• No traffic from pornographic, pirated content, or human rights–violating websites

• No redirect or incentivized traffic designed to trick clicks

• No cashback or commission-sharing with customers — this distorts pricing and fair competition

6. Intellectual Property

You’re allowed to use approved Workbase marketing materials, but:

• You may not edit or alter them

• You may not register domains or social handles using our brand

• Upon termination, all use of Workbase branding must stop

7. Termination

Either party may end the partnership at any time, with or without cause.

If you’re terminated:

• You must stop promoting immediately

• Any valid unpaid commissions may be paid out

• Workbase may revoke commissions earned through violations

Claim Deadlines

• Claims must be submitted in writing within 2 months of the due date

• No later than 2 weeks after termination

• If Workbase rejects or doesn’t respond within 1 month, the claim must be filed in court within 1 additional month

• These deadlines don’t apply in cases of intentional misconduct

8. Program Changes

We may update these Terms or modify/end the Program at any time. Continued participation means you accept any changes. If the Program is discontinued, valid commissions earned to date will still be paid.

9. Independent Relationship & Taxes

• You’re an independent contractor, not a Workbase employee

• You’re responsible for any business licenses, expenses, and taxes in your jurisdiction

• You must comply with all relevant tax laws and provide information (e.g., VAT ID or tax forms) if requested

10. Liability & Disputes

Workbase is not liable for:

• Lost income

• Tracking or technical errors

• Indirect damages

Liability is capped at the total commission paid to you over the last 12 months.

Dispute Resolution

• Governed by Polish law

• First resolved by good-faith negotiation

• If unresolved, handled via arbitration in Wrocław, Poland

• Class actions are not allowed
