Privacy Request Center

Submit and track Workbase privacy requests, including opt-out, deletion, access, correction, and verification.

Use the Workbase Privacy Portal to submit and track privacy requests. We review requests carefully, verify identity where needed, and route customer-controlled data requests to the relevant customer when required.

How It Works

  1. Submit

    Send the request type, contact details, and relevant identifiers.

  2. Verify

    We may ask for verification to prevent unauthorized access or deletion.

  3. Review

    We assess scope, legal basis, customer responsibility, and retention obligations.

  4. Respond

    We send the result, next step, or explanation to the email address provided.

Important Notes

  • We may need information that proves you are the person concerned or are authorized to act for them.
  • Some data may be controlled by a Workbase customer. In that case we may direct the request to that customer.
  • Legal retention duties, security logs, backups, and dispute records can limit immediate deletion.
  • Suppression records may be retained to make sure removed data is not reintroduced later.
