Plans and credits

Understand Workbase plans, credits, and usage controls.

Plans determine which product capabilities are available in a workspace. Credits measure usage for credit-based workflows.

Plan concepts

Workbase plans are organized around feature bundles. The current plan model includes:

  • Starter: Core enrichment, AI assistant, unlimited users, CSV import and export, and custom objects.
  • Growth: Starter features plus unified inbox, automations, integrations, API access, and custom agents.
  • Scale: Growth features plus task boards, apps, and priority support.

Exact pricing, limits, and availability can change by workspace, billing configuration, or contract.

Credits

Credits are used for usage-based workflows such as enrichment or AI-assisted work. Admins should review credit usage before enabling broad automation or agent workflows.

Access review

Before rolling out a workflow, confirm:

  • The workspace is on the expected plan.
  • The workflow has the required product area enabled, such as Inbox, Automations, custom agents, task boards, apps, or API access.
  • The right users have the role needed to configure and operate it.
  • Credit usage has been reviewed for workflows that can run repeatedly or at scale.

Admin checklist

  1. Review the current plan

Open plan settings and confirm the workspace is on the expected plan.

  2. Check workflow access

Confirm whether the workflow uses inbox, automations, custom agents, task boards, apps, or API access.

  3. Review usage

Check credit usage before scaling enrichment or agent workflows.

  4. Control rollout

Enable advanced workflows for a small group before rolling them out to the whole team.
